We offer a home collection service where we can come to collect your pet from your home and bring your pet back to us in the most dignified way possible. For this we will use one of our Anima bags that have been designed by a veterinary team in France that deal with end of life care for pets. If your pet is on the larger side, we will have two people to make it as comfortable for them as possible. Out of hours services are always available. Out of hours services may incur an additional fee.

If your pet was put to sleep in the veterinary clinic…
It is important to tell your vet that you wish to use Peaceful Paws, pet crematorium. You have two options, you can bring your dog directly to us and collect the ashes from us or they can arrange collection with us and you can collect your ashes directly from us or your vet.
We always work directly with families, we will call you to keep you informed of what we are doing, providing comfort and reassurance during such a difficult time.
How long does it take to cremate a pet?
The time takes to complete a cremation depends mostly on physical size, from 40 minutes for a small pet or a bird to around 3 hours for a Labrador. There is always some time for the chamber to reach the optimum temperature and also for the remains to cool down and be prepared afterwards. The most important thing is that there is only one pet in the chamber at any time, at Peaceful paws pet crematorium we try to complete a Private Cremation the same day or by early the next day, as the day progresses. All cremations are completed individually and each pet is cremated on their own.
