Cant recommended Peaceful Paws enough. Just wanted to thank Aimee for all her help when our beloved dog Skye passed away unexpectedly recently. Unfortunately we were on holidays when she passed but Aimee was so helpful and easy to deal with. Aimee really helped to make a difficult situation so much easier.

I lost my beautiful 17 year old border collie recently and called Peaceful Paws to collect her at home. Ger, Aimee’s mother, was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. So sympathetic and a great lister. Danny collected Meggie with a great deal of respect and reverence which was very much appreciated. I was kept informed of the whole process and met Aimee’s father to pick out some mementos and make final decisions. My kids were also able to say a final farewell to their friend, which I think really helped them with their grieving and understanding of death. I met Aimee to collect the ashes and had a lovely chat about dogs, grief and the privilege we have to call them our best friends. I highly recommended Aimee and Peaceful Paws if you find yourself in the trauma of grief. It greatly helped me to grieve and accept my dogs death and the empathy and understanding of all the family was a real help.

From the moment Ger picked up the phone to me on day one, I knew we had made the right decision. From the get go, the absolute kindness and care that just radiated from her just made our awful situation that little bit easier to get through. When we arrived with our beloved boy, Rolex, both Ger and John greeted us and brought us in and made us feel like we were with family. They stayed with us and we spoke out our life with Rolex amidst compassion and love. They explained delicately what the steps would be over the coming days. We were left to spend as much time alone with our precious friend. When we left we knew that they would take the utmost of care of him and that we had made the right decision. When we made the journey back to collect our friend we were blown away with the decorum and love with which he had been taken care of. Just absolutely the relief that we had done right by our boy by choosing Peaceful Paws. Amidst all this Aimee was in contact with us via email but sadly we did not meet due to illness yet we felt her presence none the less and thank her greatly. Thank you all at Peaceful Paws xx

It has taken a few weeks for me to be able to write this. We lost our little dog Alfie a few weeks back and we are so lost without him. When Alfie passed my daughter called Aimee and with in a hour of his passing Danny collected him. From the first call to when we collected him 2 days later Aimee updated us on everything that was happening it made everything less painful When we went to collect him the place was so peaceful and Aimee and ger were so nice and kind. We can honestly say and highly recommend Peaceful Paws are very professional and compassionate in their work Thank you Aimee, Danny & Ger

It is with great sadness that we have just lost our beloved Meven. Arriving at Peaceful Paws, Aimee greeted us with comforting words. She had prepared the basket that welcomed Meven and a plaque “in memory of Meven”. We were immediately affected by so much attention 💕 Then Aimee picked up Meven gently and dropped her into the basket. She was beautiful, at peace. We talked about her life, her age. Then, Aimee offered us the urn that we could then choose. We opted for a simple container but there is a wide choice of urns 🌈 The place is quiet, symbolic with soft music and pretty frames. It is besides the mother of Aimee who created one of the pictures. You feel understood, listened to in this painful moment. Aimee, the animal angel, is a caring, compassionate and truly sweet person 🐾 I then dropped off the letter I had written and read to Meven and then a photo of her. So, as with other deaths, this letter will be with her. Then we said goodbye to our Meven. It was difficult but beautiful, in this privacy. The little French Girl ended her life in this beautiful country 🕊 Thank you so much Aimee 🙏

Thanks so much to Aimee & team for looking after Bubbles last week. I was never a massive fan of cremation and Aimee made the whole process so much nicer than I thought it could ever be. She was back with us the following day and we couldn’t be happier to have her home ❤️

We can't thank Aimee and all involved with Peaceful Paws enough. From the first time and through the entire process Aimee was so understanding and compassionate. We lost our boy suddenly and had to bring him for an autopsy across the other side of the country before we could bring him to be cremated and Aimee was understanding and full of delicate advice throughout the process. The way we were let speak of our boy's life and our grief at Peaceful Paws was so helpful in the grieving process and we could see from the set up and the way Aimee was so caring that we made the right decision. The selection of urns and keepsakes was lovely and we were beyond happy with what we picked and with Aimee's input. It was also very important that he would be cremated on his own and this is guaranteed with Peaceful Paws. We would recommend Peaceful Paws to anyone who has lost a beloved pet and wishes to send them off in a cared for and professional way.

We recently lost our beloved dog, Oscar, and we were so grateful to find Peaceful Paws. The staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding, and they made the entire process as easy as possible for us. We were especially touched by the clay paw print that they made for us. It's a beautiful keepsake that we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Peaceful Paws to anyone who is looking for a compassionate and professional pet cremation service. They truly helped us during a difficult time, and we are so grateful for their help."
