Aimee managed to turn a very sad and miserable time for us into a positive experience. She was very understanding and reassuring during the whole process. Offering support and advice.

We could tell that she cared for our dog Oliver as if he was her own.

Any question was answered and we were very appreciative of how open and transparent she was about the whole process. She was happy to let us see the machine and explain how it would work.

Our wonderful Lulu died suddenly recently. My daughter and I were distraught; she was the third member of our family. We decided to bring her to Peaceful Paws. It was without doubt the best decision. Aimee was amazing, she was so empathic and totally understood how we were feeling. She treated Lulu and us with kindness, respect and dignity. We cannot thank Peaceful Paws enough for the care, kindness and compassion they showed us when our beautiful Zoe passed away. 💔🐾

At such an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time, they treated Zoe with so much dignity, gentleness and respect, which meant more to us than we can put into words.

The beautiful keepsakes we received are something we will treasure forever and have given us such a special way to keep Zoe close to us. ❤️

I cannot recommend Peaceful Paws highly enough. Losing a beloved pet is truly heartbreaking, and during such a difficult time when we lost our lovely Asha, the understanding and compassion shown by Ger and Aimee made a huge difference!

From the first interaction, they were warm, understanding, and genuinely caring. It was clear that they truly care about animals and the people who love them. They didn’t just take our cat, complete the cremation, and return the ashes; they took the time to listen to our story and learn about her. They never made us feel rushed or like we were just another customer.

What we also really appreciated was their transparency throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and even showed us their facilities, which gave us peace of mind and a great sense of comfort and trust.

Another thing I would like to emphasise is their flexibility when it came to drop-off and collection times.

Ger and Aimee made a painful experience a little gentler, and their kindness during those moments meant more than words can say. ❤️

Sorry it has taken us a few weeks, we are still getting over the loss of our baby. Jack died suddenly at 8 months, we were devastated. From the first call to Aimee, we felt our grief was acknowledged. Aimee showed so much care and understanding, we knew our baby was in good hands, the care shown to us and our baby will never be forgotten. This is a five star service that we would highly recommend. Our car broke down half way into Ennis, Amiee was so good and came after her working hours to take our cat of us..
Please use her service instead letting your vet deal with your loved ones. This is the only way you will know you get your own animal back home.
