At Peaceful Paws, we understand the importance of ensuring that every purchase meets your expectations, especially during sensitive times. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
1. Right to Cancel and Return
You have the right to cancel your order and return items purchased through our web shop within 14 days of receiving them, in line with EU consumer law.

2. Refunds
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will process a full refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
3. Return Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
- For faulty or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Exclusions
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made or personalised urns or memorials.
- Items that have been used, engraved, or otherwise altered at your request.
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., pet keepsake jewellery if unsealed).
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. How to Return an Item
